All items are made and packaged with care. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. This helps us assess the issue and make it right.
Once reviewed, we will issue a store gift card to the value of the affected item.

- Claims without photo evidence may not be eligible
